Hello my man, or young man as it was years ago, was Eric’s first greeting. Eric was a gentleman in every respect of the word. In so much as although working long hours he found time for scouts and many other things. Andrea, Eric, Heather and I had some beautiful holidays in Wales with the children. In later years Eric and I went to speedway together. This led to us buying motorbikes and the pleasure I got to go out with Eric and John on rides was magic.
